There is an application which is used to learn the platform. It had been downloaded from the internet education site. When I open it in Designer mode over all objects the following message is written: "Configuration changes locked out by distributed IB tools".
Please help, how can I remove this?

Run this code:

ExchangePlans.SetMasterNode(Undefined);

Write a data processor containing a single line:

ExchangePlans.SetMasterNode(Undefined);

There is another way - to invoke the DESIGNER with key /ResetMasterNode, of course with no other connection to the same database
