You can adjust the size of cells to match the size of the plastic card. Any way you will have to try it before printing a lot.

For all the cards can do so. But part of the card can not determine the size.
Please explain how to convert values of RowHeight and ColWidth of the SpreadsheetDocument into mm?

It depends on the font and font size. You can only use CheckPut to test if specified rows match the paper size. The best solution is to create a common template which will match the card size and change picture and field values in it.

In RowHeight and Width parameters absolute value in pt, so i think it should be like

1 millimeter = 2.834645669291 point

Nguyen Le Nam,
Ahh, of course, its my fault. My answer is actual only for height.

Also, if you change width of column or height of row in spreadsheet document in designer mode, in left bottom corner you can see status panel with values in mm, but, i think this values are rounded.
