Error performing operation with infobase

Hello
I have installed the platform 1C:Enterprise 8.3 (8.3.6.2041)
The base is located on the main computer. we call it as a server.
I am trying to open the base from the user computer and it says:"

Platform: 1C:Enterprise 8.3 (8.3.6.2041)

Errors:

because:
Database file access error 'M:\1C8 Marsh Trucking - Copy/1Cv8.1CD'


If the base is located on user's computer as a "copy-localbase" then it works fine.  
How can I solve this problem?

Hello, try to give necessary permissions to shared folder on "the main computer".
