Colleagues could you pls tell me if it is possible to add new fields for approval logic in 1C Documentation ?

for example cost code or document amount also object fields with document number in UNF ?

If we got you correctly, for approvals you need additional attributes of the document.

In the Document management with English interface application you need to use the built-in tool. To open it, click the Setup and administration section, then click Additional attributes, and then click Internal documents.

The attributes are added for document kinds. And they will be available in document forms of that kinds.
