Document management. Problem with email notification.

We have installed 1C Document Managment 8 CORP, Edition 2.1.

I have problem with email notification.  It doesn't work.  The email setting is Ok, but when I create one task, it send the following error in Event Log. What can I do to fix it?

It seems like 1C:Enterprise server unable to connect using IMAP protocol to the server that you specified as IMAP server for your email account. Please check that what you specified in email settings is correct.

The program sends notifications via the System account (Setup and administration - Email accounts). Please make sure that the account is set up and working.
