"Insufficient" balance of goods when posting sales document

Hello,

we have a problem with balance of goods and can't find whats causing it.
platform version 8.3.5. 1517

Standard reports show that document "Received goods no. XXX" has a balance of 10 units of a particular product. We tracked and know which standard acculumation register data is taken from. When trying to check the balance at the register via Query console, we get balance of 5. Tried to save all the records in the accumulation register as an Excel sheet and calculate there, we get 10, the correct one. All other accumulation registers that involve quantities of goods in warehouses are ok, balance is correct there.

So we stopped at trying to post a Sales document to sell the whole 10, and we can't, because the balance is "insufficient", we get a system message that there is only 5 units, 5 more needed. We tried the tool "Testing and repairing", did not help. Also the tool for restoring the sequence of documents, it goes well, every document was reposted without any trouble, except of the one that im talking about.

Any suggestions?

Try to recalculte totals in Designer mode. You need to run Designer -> Administration -> verify and repair -> Totals recalculation -> Run
Sometimes due to incorrect system shutdown this could happen.
