Transfer documents from (MS Excel To 1C)

I need to export the MS Excel document in 1C. I have to do this manually in certain periods. Could you give an example or idea on the subject?

You can create a data processor that will read this Excel file and import into the application. The built-in SpreadsheetDocument object supports opening Microsoft Excel files. Please, see following examples:

On Windows you can use COM object as an alternative.
Import Data from Microsoft Office Excel
The third option is using ExternalDataSource and Microsoft Excel Driver in the connection string.
