Accumulation register balance does not contain zero balances

I'm trying to create a report for balance of accumulation register, but it looses rows where balance is 0, but there are documents containing those items. What is wrong?

Guest Points:: Joined::	This behavior is standard. The result will contain rows with non-zero resources. If you need to have all items in the report you need to join Balance to full items list.
