Responsibilities:
Provide pre-sales and pro-sales technical services and support to customers including installation of license and business applications, preventative maintenance and system repair on customer’s IT infrastructure
Plan and provide business solution training to end-users
Deliver professional consulting services in answering customer’s queries and troubleshooting of problems
Develop and modify BIT Business Automation
Provide solution to enhance the flow of programming and consultation services on business applications and automation
Requirements:
University graduate or diploma in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
Strong communication skills, analytical mind and problem solving skills
Eager to learn with passion on IT and new technologies
Good team player
Fresh graduate with sound knowledge in IT is welcome; with 1 year or above working experience in IT field a plus
Fluent in spoken and written English
