Unable to read XML files encoded with iso-8859-9

Hi,

XML reader object can not read "iso-8859-9" encoded xml file even if while opening xml file we set that encoding is "iso-8859-9".

You may try it.

http://www.tcmb.gov.tr/kurlar/today.xml
is "iso-8859-9" formatted file mobile platform can not read such files.

Indeed we solved it by another way, without using in put file for "Get" function of HttpConnection.

attached external data processor. On that you can test 2 buttons ("Update using file" and "Update without file").
On mobile device "Update using file" button will return us an error.
