Incorrect localization name 'ru_MD' error

Hi!.
We set up a 1C platform for our customers.
The database that we added does not open.


Platform: 1C: Business 8.2 (8.3.12.1440)

Errors:

I need to add that I had the exact same problem with windows 10 and some Caribbean localization. The system just wont start.

As far as I understand, on the server computer where you have your infobase installed, you try to open the infobase from this computer. Is that a correct understanding?

If yes, we need more details on the environment where you encountered the issue:

- version of DMBS and DB collation (if any)

- language of 1C:Enterprise platform you use

- languages of your configuration

- user locale on the computer

- 1C:Enterprise client type (thin client or thick client)

Otherwise, please let us know the steps to reproduce the issue and environment details.
