Hello,

I tried to install 1C Mobile platform 8.3.9.83 and 8.3.8.70 on Windows Mobile 10, but with no success. Is there any chance to install it ?

System requirements say that Windows Mobile 10 is supported. Can you provide more details on devices that you have and which error message do you receive?

Hello,

I have a Microsoft Lumia 950XL. I activated dev mode. When I tap on installer it shows me a pop-up with 2 options: Install, Cancel. The "problem" is that when I click INSTALL I get no error and no app installed.

Can you provide screenshots of what you see during installation? Starting with how you get the installer file. And where do you search for the installed application?

And also, which file do you use as an installer?
