Arora,
What would you like to do:
1) create new infobase AccountingSuite for users in your local network?
2) publish AccountingSuite for access from Internet?

Did you downloaded distribution AccountingSuite from this site?
Also you need 1C:Enterprise platform (commertial-version for real work, or training-version for study). Training-version you can download also here.

After download - install both of distributions.

Then run 1C:Enterprise from you desktop. Press Add-button, choose "Create new..", choose demo or empty version AccountingSuite, then several times press Next. Done.

Now you can run infobase - choose AccountingSuite in list and press "1C:Enterprise" button.

Which type of data export you want use?
1C: Enterprise training version supports all export-mechanisms (except direct read from 1C-database tables, but it's always strongly not recommended and denied by license agreement).

I think, better way to solve your request - describe result you needed.

Actually I want to export daybook on the daily basis.(i.e. all the transactions occurred on the day-  debit, credit both with account heads).

If you want export just a list of all transactions from Accounting register "GeneralJournal" - you can export list from the main form.

See screenshots:

When I'm trying to save the spreadsheet its saying license limitation because of training version. That means I cannot export in training version and you were saying all export mechanism are available in training version as well.Is there any other way to do so?

Is exporting feature and General Journal report also available in 1c enterprise 7.7:Accounting suite.?

Hm.. I forgot about this restriction. And it's normal - if you want to save in Excel real data - you must buy commercial license.
But you still can dump data using 1C language (you must be programmer).

About 1C 7.7 - if I understood you correct - this is old version and don't support easy way to save data from any list to Excel.

I need to deal with both the versions and both will have commercial license.
even if its not easy, tell me any possible way to do the export,if possible, in older version as well.
And the User interface you have shown in above pics are slightly different than I'm using on training version. Is it because my product is not licensed?

Early you say "I need to deal with both the versions and both will have commercial license.".
So why you run this infobase using a training version?
Run it using a commercial version and you be able to save data to Excel.

I will buy commercial license but before that i want to make sure if i can export reports from there. And I also need to figure out for accounting suite on version 7.7 as well.

Can you please tell me how can i transfer(over email or some other medium) those exported data from User Interface of accounting suite.

If you see the error of restriction than means that in paid version it will work. Do not worry, it is a very reliable system.
