Did you use 1C:Small Business (demo) template or 1C:Small Business?
Which user do you use to log on?
Do you have administrative rights on your Windows PC or there are restrictions?

Sorry, Shameem Mohammed, but according to 1C:Enterprise 8 platform (training version) limiations it is not possible to use passwords and operating system authentication, while this application creates a user and checks for OS user in that line of Script. You need to buy a full version of 1C:Enterprise platform to run from not demo template.
