  • Translation title - the translation of the text title.

  • Translation file name - the translation of the file name.

  • Translation publication file name - the file name for publication on the site.

  • Translation change date - the date when the translation was changed actually. If the text was saved, but the translation did not change, this value will not be changed.

  • Translation characters added - numbers of characters that were added to the translation since last important version.

  • Translation characters changed - numbers of characters that were changed in the translation since last important version. 

  • Translation characters deleted - numbers of characters that were deleted from the translation since last important version.

  • Original text characters added - numbers of characters that were added to the original text since last important version.

  • Original text characters changed - numbers of characters that were changed in the original text since last important version. 

  • Original text characters deleted - numbers of characters that were deleted from the original text since last important version.

  • Original text changed character quantity - the number of characters that were changed or added to the original text and number of deleted parts of the original text.

  • Original text title - the original text title.

  • Original text file name - the original text file name.

  • Original text change date - the date when the original text was changed actually. If the text was saved, but the original text did not change, this value will not be changed.

  • Project - the project that includes the current text.

  • Milestone - the milestone during which this text should be translated.

  • Primary dictionary - the primary dictionary of the project that includes the current text.

  • Folder - the folder where the current text is placed.

  • Main text - the main text which the current text is assigned to. It is used to join splitted by headers texts.

  • Type - the text type. Possible values:

    • HTML - the HTML file;

    • XML - the XML file;

    • Text - the text file;

    • Module - the module text of an application based on 1C:Enterprise;

    • Query - the query text of an application based on 1C:Enterprise;

    • Spreadsheet document - the spreadsheet document of an application based on 1C:Enterprise saved as XML;

    • Data composition - the data composition schema of an application based on 1C:Enterprise saved as XML;

    • Rights - the role description of an application based on 1C:Enterprise saved as XML;

    • Metadata object - the form or metadata object description of an application based on 1C:Enterprise saved as XML.

  • Responsible - the user that was delegated to translate this text.  
  • State - the current state of the text. Possible values:
    • New - the text was just created, for example imported, and have no state assigned yet;

    • To translate - the text is selected as required to be translated;

    • In translation - the text translation started;

    • On validation - the text is sent to the manager review;

    • On correction - the text is returned to the translator to correct;

    • Ready - the text translation is finished and approved by the manager;

    • Published - the text is published on the site;

    • Skip - the text is excluded from the list of required to be translated in this project;

    • Deleted - when a new version of the project was imported, this text was not in the list of files to import and thus was excluded from project texts.

  • Validation date - the text validation finish date. If the current date exceeds the validation date and the text is on validation, this text will be highlighted in the list.
  • Order - the number that defines the order of texts inside the section. It is used when the text that was split by headers is assembled, and for the publication to site.
  • Version - the text version number.
  • Length - the number of characters in the source text.
  • Locked by - the user that locked the text.
  • Comment - text details.
