A project can be planned and divided into milestones. A manager is responsible for each milestone.
Each milestone can be further divided into smaller milestones, which allows splitting large projects into smaller milestones, planning and supervising end dates of each milestone up to a day. Since each milestone has its responsibilities, it is clear what employee is behind the schedule and workloads can be redistributed in such a way, so as to meet the deadline.
