hello have question developing a business operations system using 1 c platform , we have operations in countries where retailers send PO, and other doc via EDI system ( through 3rd party EDI provider ) can any one advise or recommend how to best integrate 1c to integrate with these EDI providers to exchange information , our present developers have never worked EDI and are unfamiliar with integration  thank you

The integration depends on the API that the third party service provides.
1C:Enterprise platform supports SOAP web services, HTTP requests, you can use those features for the integration.
