How can I publish a Web service on another server? Example: The first server installed 1C. The second server in IIS or Apache installed. How can I publish services on the second server?

If your 1C server is 32-bit - you can run Designer on second server with IIS/Apache and publish infobase from there.
For 64-bit 1C server you have to use webinst.exe util.

Anyway, when you publish infobase 1C platform creates default.vrd file with connection string inside. So it doesn't matter if web-server and app-server are running on the same machine or separate.
You just have to specify this connection string correctly.
