Hi ... I'm designing a system where an admin can create users and set a current password for them ... and what i want is when the user log in for the first time the system will force him to change the password (like what windows server do).

for example the admin will set the password for the user mohammad:0000,
then when the user mohammad enters for the first time ... he is forced to change.

and if there isn't a way ... can I access to the first form that appear ... the one which asks the user for the username and password ... so i can add an event to the log in button to handle this problem

(note)
now I'm working in a training version of 1c but I'll have access to licensed one in few days.

See Users subsystem of 1C:Subsystems library. You can add a boolean attribute to Users catalog and set it when a password must be changed.
When a user logs on you can open a form and request a password to be changed, if it will be closed without of changing password you can close the application.
