can i run a 8.3 v program in the other versions

when you write a project with 8.3 version I'm wondering if it is possible to run it with other older version like 8.2 ... is it gonna be fine ? or should I convert the project or something ?

It is possible if you use compatibility mode with 8.2 when you develop a project. But in this mode you cannot use new language features of version 8.3.
