Hi,

We installed 1C:Enterprise 8.3.4.496 (32-bit) on Cent OS 6.3.
Apache 2.2.
While publising from web server there is no error.
But when try to use from web client appears an error
"1C:Enterprise 8 application error:

Error loading component backbas".

With what may it related?

If the user that runs 1C:Enterprise has enought permissions?

If this error is displayed in Web client? Could you please provide a screenshot of this error?

User that run service of platform has enough permission on /Opt/1C
And user of apache has enough permission on default.vrd file.

Yes, error appears on web client.
Thin client, designer normally.

Is it may related with postgresql?

or is it may related with platform version?

try running as root this command:

touch /etc/odbcinst.ini

it didn't help . may it be related with dns settings?

Please check if the user of web server has permission to execute binaries in bin folder of 1C:Enterprise installation.
