We want to download the data dictionary for 1C-Enterprise Version 7 to understand the column names and the purpose of column.

Since our license closed by 2014 itself, so unable to use license login.

Appreciate if anyone could help on getting 1CV7.DD

Chandru Ravanan,

please clarify why you cannot access this file. You do not need a license to open it. Simply find it in your backup and open it with Notepad or any similar editor.

Thank you Yulia Ivanova.

The application is decommissioned and currently is it not installed on any system. we have only the database backup and we are the new team being assigned to extract certain information out of it.

Unfortunately we don't have prior experience on 1C application and no-one around with 1C expertise. All we have is the database access and information that it is 1C Enterprise Version7.

So, looking out for 1CV7.DD online.

Chandru Ravanan,

what exactly do you mean by "database backup"? If it is a backup of a MS SQL Server database, it does not contain 1CV7.DD. Unlike 1C:Enterprise 8, 1C:Enterprise 7 stores metadata files and database schema files in the infobase directory. If this directory is gone, there is no way to recover 1CV7.DD using a database backup.

I doubt that 1CV7.DD can be available online. However, if your configuration was not customized, the file from another infobase that used the same configuration might help (provided that you find a user willing to share it).

Yes Yulia Ivanova

We have only database backup. I need to check with client whether they have application backup and the infobase directory exist.

And our 1C configuration is customized. So we have to find the "infobase directory". Let me check with client.
Thanks for your input. Much appreciated.
