Onofras Ioan,

thank you very much for alerting us about this issue. To be able to help you, I need more information. Can you please provide your configuration (or any sample configuration that has this issue)?

What are the exact steps that result in this error?

As for two other issues you have reported, the developers are looking into these, I'll keep you updated.

Is an empty configuration in which we try to add a subsystem
or change his name.

Onofras Ioan,

unfortunately, our developer team could not reproduce this on CentOS 7 x86_64 + 1C:Enteprise 8.3.8.1652. Possibly this issue is not related to Linux.

Can you attempt to reproduce the issue on any of the following scenarios (all with the same Oracle database)?
1. Both server and Designer are running on Windows.
2. The server is running on Windows, Designer is running on Linux.
3. The server is running on Linux, Designer is running on Windows.
