Hi Keijo,

Could you please specify which behavior of the vertical scroller you expect and which behavior you experience now?

Best regards,

Hi Vladimir.
It's when use 'Datacompositionschema to create a report. Report is Ok and vertical scroll is shown on right side, but the scroll doesn't scroll the page (spreadsheet created) down, so some lines will not be visible. Mouse scroll doesn't work either. Other parts works perfectly.

This is in Chrome, The scroll Works with Explorer though, (and even in Edge) so suspects its Chrome that have some changed?

Hi Vladimir, yes, have  Version 65.0.3325.181 (64bit) and that should be the latest version.

Dear Keijo,

To let us investigate the issue you encountered, please provide us with the following information:

- version of 1C:Enterprise platform installed on the computer where the web server resides

- name of the report you try to open in your configuration

- an infobase copy in *.dt format (if it is possible)

- the spreadsheet document in MXL format

Meanwhile, you can try using the following workaround:

- uninstall Google Chrome from your computer

- clear the Google Chrome data from your Windows user profile and registry

- install Google Chrome to your computer anew

In certain situations, it helps to make Google Chrome work properly again. Please let us know whether this works for you.

Best regards,

Hi Vladimir,
tried your suggestions and found that in 32 bit version the Chrome works with the vertical scrolls, but with 64 bit - not! Tried several times. Seems to be a differens in the versions.
But a work around is to use a value table or value tree instead of spreadsheet works fine with the scrolls.
The version I have is 8.3.7.1901.Can't send the dt file since has customer data in it.Sorry.
The spreadsheet in mxl attached..
Regards
Keijo

Dear Keijo,

The issue you mentioned appeared in 1C:Enterprise platform due to changes in Google Chrome.

The issue was fixed in 1C:Enterprise platform 8.3.10.2667 and later.
