label size

Hi! We use a barcode printer.  Even after changing label size from system driver it's memorise. But if we try to set size from 1c printing dialog box it's don't work. Any suggest.

If you print a label via an ordinary printer (not the barcode printer) from the 1C:Enterprise printing dialog box, does it correctly save the label size you specify?

If yes, the issue is in the way your barcode printer's driver interacts with 1C:Enterprise.
