Extension load updated cfe but still still showing old error from previous version -- is it cached?

Hi,

We made updates to the extension and loaded the new configuration cfe file into the configuration. We do this normally by going to All Functions -> Standard -> Configuration extension management -> sel ect the extension from the list - > Load

so after this we can see that the extension is loaded and the new updates are applied successfully. However, after we logout and log in again we still get error that was related to the previous version of the extension!! we tried to restart the 1c server or the sql server to see if it is a cache issue or what. However, still we are getting the error related to the previous version of the extension.
we you can see fr om the attachment file that:
the object deleted: Enum.rJobPostingSteps.
however, when we login we get the error in the second attachment picture complaining that:
the object already exists.

so, is the old extension cached somewhere? we tried to restart the 1c, log out,, log in, restart sql server. but still getting the same error.

appreciate your help, at what point the new updated cfe extension file is applied and we see the new structure?

Note that, on local machine, it works perfectly and no issue nor error. only on producation

I think the issue is that it is crashing during loading the extension and structuring its objects because of one of the information register.
now how can I open the information register to clear its content so that the load works? because the extension is not loaded because of the error

ok figured out the issue. the issue is that it crashes during loading the new extension cfe file but it does not show any error or give a message that it stopped because of error. that's why I thought it was finishing but in fact it was not finished but rather stopped in middle for an error.
perhaps this can be fixed in later versions to show an error to indicate to user that load didn't finish successfully

Dear Mubarak Sami,

To be able to analyze what causes the issue, we need the configuration (.cf file) and the extension (.cfe file). Can you please share them with us?

Is this the correct description of the steps to reproduce the issue:

- For a new empty infobase, in Designer, upload its configuration from the .cf file.
- For the extension existing in the configuration, upload its new configuration from the .cfe file.

?

If negative, please specify the correct steps to reproduce the issue.
