Add new Infobase - From Administration of 1C

Hello everyone,

I have some issue with adding new infobase and i need your help.

Recently one of our clients move application to another server, and i need to reinstall 1C enterprise and add infobase etc.

I install 1C ( V. 8.3.10.2561)

The client create a blank database in SQL Server and a user for it. The user has roles on server; dbCreator and public. We can acces server with this user, and see database ( from SSMS)
The problem occurs when i try to add new infobase to 1C administration.





Some recommendations, please?
