"Module initialization error" when using http service

Hi,

I use http service for synchronize between differences devices. I created HTTP Service to do it. I met the problem with the error: "Module initialization error" I don't know what about this problem. I didn't change any thing, before the appearance of this errors HTTP Service is OK. I met this problem 2 time. My solution is delete all HTTP service and Common Module of this HTTP service then rewrite. But I don't know if we give configuration to client this error will comeback?
I'm using 8.3.15.1700
