Hello,
Can I make the property of one cell "readonyl = true" in the value table list, "readonly = false" in another cell? Help please?

You can do it in "BeforeRowChange" event.
- check current field
- check current value
- make decision allow or disallow change value

You can also use Conditional Appearance to set a cell read-only
