In Catalog Counterparties, in ItemForm, there is a field called TIN.
I want field TIN length exactly 16.
User cannot enter more than 16 characters and if user enter less than 16 character, warning appears "Field must be filled with 16 characters"

In general, it is considered good form to do all checks when recording (if this is a Catalog, for example) or when posting (if this is a Document).
