Dear ercan aycan,

As far as I understand, you can successfully access this infobase via 1C:Enterprise platform 8.3 Client for Windows, but cannot access it via 1C:Enterprise platform 8.3 Client for OS X.

Is that correct understanding?

If yes, please check that you can at least access the server (m2ksrv) from the computer running Mac OS X: via the traceroute utility and via the telnet utility (port 3389).

Best regards,

Edit hosts file both at windows and mac (but i think only windows is necessary)

@ windows server installation
edit with admin priveledges with notepad

Code
%SystemRoot%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
// point the server name to the loopback ip, like:
127.0.0.1       M2KSRV

@ mac
Code
sudo nano /ect/hosts
// put IP adress of the windows machine to the computer alias, e.g. for server running at 192.168.100.20
192.168.100.20       M2KSRV

Yes Vlademir
1C: Enterprise platform 8.3 Windows can access the SQL Server database on the server without any problems.
However, 1C: Enterprise platform 8.3 OS X client, can not access the database on the SQL server

Thanks for your interest
In this case, will our web publishing on localhost ta Apache continue to work?

I think you wrote a solution for the name server problem.
The Windows client connects seamlessly.
Do you think MAC OS Client can not resolve IP?

Our client had the same problem just one week ago. Editing hosts file helped me

For some reason there is a problem in the communication between mac and 1c server on a windows machine in resolving the server ip by the name. But i have not tested whether it was the windows' hosts file of the mac's host file, which helped, so i have just wrote both

I suppose that your apache publication should not be affected by these changes. In other case you can still undo the editing.
