I would like to obtain a licence to 1C 8.3 for Linux Ubuntu. I am a begining 1C developer and IT professional. I just finished education programm in Moscow University and look forward to start developing for 1C.

Do you have an experience of using 1C under Linux? How good is it?

Hi, Yun Ki! We had a chance to try, it has a Designer for Linux now! But you need to try it yourself, better than asking anyone...

Until now it have a lot of bugs. We have found some like wrong drawing, impossibility to start and install in some cases. One time it crashed without notice.

It currently is available as a pre-release for new features demonstration.

What's about version 8.2, is it free of bugs and would run on Linix?

There is 1C:Enterprise server 8.2 for Linux, but Thin and Thick clients for Linux were implemented starting from version 8.3. And for bugs it is not a beta, so you can use it and contact us if you will have any problems, so we could help you to solve them.
