If you experience problems with licenses: you have upgraded your hardware, BIOS or virtual machine and out of PIN codes, or you can not activate a new PIN code, please feel free to write to Licensing center to get support.

To get the support faster you should provide the following information in email:

  • The registration number of you license
  • Your company or individual name
  • Provide a screenshot of the error which you receive
  • The license obtaining type and PIN code that you input (a set of screen shots of screens that you see during obtaining of the license is recommended)
Note that you should use English language for support.
