Hi,

Is existing aautomatized way to get additional PIN Codes for automatically, or quickly?

Why I am asking it, we have customer that works with 100 user license and we now using last PIN. And I am a little irritated, even there will some situations if we will have to accept a new PIN.

No, Murat. You should be careful with your system to keep your licenses. To request additional PINs write an email to lic@1c.ru but make sure that the system parameters are stable.

think there should be mechanism for 1c international partners to recuperate licence without calling or writing to moscow. The proble is that you are sleeping when we need you the most. We could send you any report fterwards, but we need to resolve clients problem as soon as possible.

Alexey, there are 3 pin codes, try to send a request when you have one in the reserve as all the things take time.

We provide all the pins to end customer. So he could use all the codes and then call us for help. We can not see which pin is currently using our customer. Also there are problems when the customer do not remember exactly license details because LicData file has been lost or the person who installed the software were fired.
