Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am working on the development of an e-commerce platform for the Russian market. We are considering 1C-Bitrix as the platform. However, we are planning to have around 500.000 to 1.000.000 products on the webshop. We are already excluding Magento as it is probably not capable of dealing with this number of SKU's.

Would 1C-Bitrix be properly able to handle this many SKU's?

Perhaps this is the wrong place for asking questions regarding Bitrix, but hopefully you can still help me further.

Bitrix supports different DBMS, I suppose this is more question of choosing DBMS and its settings.
