viewing an interactive map in 1C (Leafletjs Openstreetmaps)

Hello,

in 1C we are attempting to view a interactive map and route in it based on Leafletjs (Openstreetmaps). The application we are doing it in is a desktop application as a local infobase. Platform 8.3.13.1385. OS - Windows 10. As we load the route map/open the map window, we get an error like this:

Pressing Yes or No visually doesn't change anything, still blank window.

Tried to move the infobase to different machines with different OS, doesn't help. Attempted allowing/enabling different settings on the OS itself, nothing seemed to solve it - same error.

Would greatly appreciate any help/guidance on how to overcome this issue.

Note: if same application published to a webserver, and we are accessing the application via a any major web browser, the interactive map succesfully shows and no errors.

Best Regards

Hello Ged Last!

As a first step recommendation I suggest you update your 1C platform. Version 8.3.13.1385 is a bit outdated and does not support all new features.  Try to use versions 8.3.16 or 8.3.17.

Hope this will help.

Kind regards,
Alex

Updating the platform to a newer version solved it for us.
Thanks for advice, Alex.
