What pronunciation of the word "1C" on English?

I guess it should be "one si", just like 1 (number) = one and C = si (as a letter in alphabet)

but here in Austria for my customers is better Eins C (tse).

It is not defined yet, but you can suggest your variant: 1 should be as number one and C should sound something like Si.

When I worked in international company - all foreign colleagues called it "One Si"

I agree with you, "one si" is the correct form of pronunciation.
But you speak with the  Russians, they'll understood you correctly, if you say "odin as" :)
