Hello!
My friend gave me a link to your site as I said I would like to become a programmer. Would someone help me to start? What should I do first?

Thank you, Alexey! But I'm a little confused with all of this information.
I have downloaded and installed 1C:Enterprise Platform 8 Training Version.
The shortcut 1C:Enterprise appeared at my desktop
What's next?

Which DBMS should I install? And, well, I'm not really familiar with Delphi or C++...
I have found those videos
Still can't get what do you mean saying open 1C:Designer?

You do not have to install a DBMS because the training version includes a built-in proprietary database.

Designer is the part of 1C platform that allows you to create applications. To create an infobase and run Designer:

1.Double-click the 1C:Enterprise shortcut.
2. In the 1C:Enterprise Setup dialog box, click Add.
3. In the Add infobase/group dialog box, click Create a new infobase and then click Next.
4. Click the lowest option button "Create an infobase without configuration..." and then click Next.
5. Specify a name for your infobase (any one you like) and then click Next.
6. Click Next until you complete the wizard.
7. Click Designer.

Use this reference and download the book "Hello, 1С"

Quote
The aim of this guide is to give a brief overview on how to work with the main objects and mechanisms of 1C:Enterprise 8 Platform. It may take 2-3 hours to go finish the guide and develop a sample application - Hello, 1C, which is similar in its purpose to "Hello, World" - the practice exercise which you may have done when learning other programming.
It is described rather in detail and interestingly.
