is there an english or turkish document to learn from ?
is there a need for new licence for it ?

Hello, Mohammad.

  • The development environment is Designer mode, you should set Use purposes to Mobile device in properties of your configuration root;
  • Yes, it supports all languages that support 1C:Enterprise platform;
  • There is no Turkish documentation, but there is a 1C:Enterprise. Developer guide where this information is described;
  • You will need no license to run application on mobile device, but you will need license on server which your application will synchronize with, as all other web services in 1C:Enterprise do;
  • You can use 1C:Enterprise Training version for development, but to create packages for iOS and Android you will need a 1C:Enterprise Mobile platform to purchase 1C:Enterprise platform;
  • It will need modification of your applications for synchronization, at least you will need to create a web service for synchronization.
Please see Managed and Mobile applications demo. It contains a sample moblie application that is set up to synchronize data with online demo.
