RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan and provide business solution training to end-users
• Deliver professional consulting and programming services in answering customer’s queries and troubleshooting of problems
• Develop and modify FirstBIT ERP
• Provide pre-sales and pro-sales technical services and support to customers including installation of license and business applications, preventative maintenance and system repair on customer’s IT infrastructure
• Provide solution to enhance the flow of programming and consultation services on business applications and automation
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2-3 year of experience in 1C:Enterprise software implementation
• University graduate or diploma in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
• Strong communication skills, analytical mind and problem solving skills
• Eager to learn with passion on IT and new technologies
• Good team player
• Fresh graduate with sound knowledge in IT is welcome; with 1 year or above working experience in IT field a plus
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
