Hello, Nilanjan Mitra!

This message appear when 2 users are trying to access the same object in the infobase. If you loose information at the same time, you might have another problem as well.

First, please check that server where the infobase deployed and the server where SQL sever deployed have no problem with load, CPU, RAM and storage. If the server is unable to handle user requests, you need an upgrade.
Then you need to check the Event log to see errors and try to fix them. Also please check which users receive this message to try to locate it more precisely. And maybe an upgrade of your 1C:Enterprise platform will make the situation better.

You can also for support one of our partners apply for Extended TechSupport.

Hi Nilanjan!

1. How many users work with the system at the same time?
2. Do you use 1C:Enterprise in file or in client/server mode?
3. If the mode is client/server what DBMS do you use?
4. What configuration is this?

Thank you for your answers.

Hello Nilanjan,

Could you, please, do the following:

1. Copy the attached file to \1cv8\conf catalog of your 1C server. Most probably the catalog name is "C:\Program Files (x86)\1cv8\conf" if you use 32-bit server of "C:\Program Files\1cv8\conf" if you use 64-bit server.

2. Let you system work for a few hours. Please, make sure that at least several error happen over this time. Reproduce them by yourselves if necessary.

3. Check the catalog "c:\1c\logs\locks". It should contain subfolders "rphost_XXXX", each subfolder should contain not empty files.

3. Archive "c:\1c\logs" and send it to me.

4. Save the configuration of your 1C application to CF file and send it to me. To do so, please, run Designer and choose "Save configuration" menu item from "Configuration" menu.
