Hi

When I have created a new Account Payable Receivable Card some users unable to search. We were thinking it is Turkish fonts issue but discovered some cases have nothing to do with Turkish characters.

For Example someone created " Artek ...... Company" and when i want to search and find shows nothing. However when I find manually and change the record with exactly same " Artek ...... Company " everyone can find and shows in search.

Does not make any sense

Dear Burak Can ERKOÇ,

To be able to reproduce the issue, we need the following information:

- 1C:Enterprise platform version and bitness
- 1C:Enterprise client type you use
- your infobase copy (.dt file)
- detailed steps to reproduce the issue

Best regards,

Hi Vladimir

Thanks for quick response

Enterprise platform is 8.3.12.1469
Enterprise client type is thin client
we are unable to provide infobase copy :(
A user created an account payable " Art Electronic "
including creater can not search typing "Art nor Electronic"
but when you look manually one by one it is there and if another user edits and saves again
all other users can search including the user who edited

Regards,
Burak

Dear Burak Can ERKOÇ,

Unfortunately, we cannot reproduce the issue without the infobase.

If you can create a sample infobase where you also encounter the issue, please send it to us and we will be able to investigate the issue.

Best regards,
Vladimir Gurov
