Mobile application Builder 1.0.4.40 have error

In "Vendor Settings", when I run "Create Developer key", MAB always inform that "Operation complete with error: 1". I tried this information on MAB 1.0.1.33, It run absolutely. I do not understand why?

You can see Event log for example in Designer mode. For this, click Administration menu and then click Event log.
