Hello, Marius Gidu.

You should store somewhere in your mobile application user name and password and pass it when create WSProxy:

Code
   Address = "<web service URL>?wsdl";
   Definitions = New WSDefinitions(Address, <user name>, <password>);
   URI = "<namespace>";
   Proxy = New WSProxy(Definitions, URI, "WebExchange", "WebExchangeSoap");
   Proxy.User = <user name>;
   Proxy.Password = <password>;

You don't have to open this form each time the user opens the application. You can create a form that will be displayed only once and after this store settings in the mobile application and use to call web services. This is the difference between mobile application and thin client.

The method that I described above lets you to make each mobile application unique.

You ask a user to input login and password and all calls to the main infobase with web services you make specifying those credentials.
