I used 1c Enterprise mobile platform 8.3.7.56  on Android 4.4.4 without mobile application builder .

Thank you for the information, Sebastian.

Try reinstalling the mobile platform. Looks like it was corrupted.
You also might need to upgrade the mobile platform to version 8.3.7.70, which is the latest as for now.
