Is it possible to launch 1c mobile application using URL?

For example, User 1 generates url of some document and sends it to User 2 via whatsapp or any other messenger. User 2 goes to the URL and launches 1c mobile app.
The mobile app  opens a specific document and shows it to User 2 for further actions.

Somebody?Any ideas?
Something like it can be done in 1C web application:
http://IpAdress/base/#e1cib/data/Document.SomeDocument?ref=80e800155d210c1211e68403514804ee

I'm sure there is a similar way to do it a in mobile application.
It's also possible to create a web page which starts a mobile app.
The mobile app generates url with all necessary parameters, User 2 goes to this url and opens a web page with a "Open app" button.
May be someone can offer me another solution?

Currently, 1C:Enterprise mobile platform does not include such functionality. Our dev team considers implementing it.
