Hello

We have been updated a Samsung S9 phone to a Android 9 version and 1C is not working simply giving an error and not opening

However we have tried in an other phone which is factory installed Android 9 version and it is working. (Phone is Huawei Mate 20 Pro)

Same applicable for Huwaei phone update Android 8 to 9 which does not work

- device model
- new Android version installed

Samsung S9 SM-G960F/DS is the model and Android version is 9
One UI version 1.0
