Mesut,

this is normal. The emulator is considered as a separate device and therefore has a different IP address.

What do you want to do? Connect from an emulator to a 1C application?

Mesut,

if you open the address in the browser on the emulator: http://192.168.1.100 - in this case the start page of your web server opens?

Which version of mob app and pc you use?
You have to use the same versions, like 8.3.17.xxxx on pc, and 8.3.7.xx on mobile. Couse some versions can't work together.
And check compatibility mode. Do not use it.
And, you have to use 1cem-arm apk file, not client, or standalone.

We have 3 mobile application type.
1. Mobile client (works only online), you publish your data base as web, and connect to it. It's the same like thin client.
2. Mobile stand alone - works the same, like mobile client, but, you can cache some data, and work with it, when you lost connection.
3. Mobile app. Mobile app - offline database, which created on your mobile phone. If you wont to develop on it, you have to create configuration on your computer, publish it with Configuration - Mobile App - Publish (in Designer), and then - install on your mobile, or virtual devise - apk, which has no any postfix in name (not client, and not standalone), and after that - add new configuration in your app.

So, you do all right, just install not correct app version
