This error, what can we do?

I used to implement many 1C software, however, I usually catch the error: "error of flow format...". This is an very dangerous error because when it is appeared we can not do any thing :( No database, no rescue, no hope to repair :) All we can do is re-install and start our work again.
I want to ask 1C that how I do if I catch this error again? 1C 8.2 have been repaired this error?

Please turn off firewall and antivirus software and try again.

If this will help you should change settings for those programs to bypass 1C:Enterprise.

It is usually dead infobase. If we do not have backup, we will die too. Firewall is not reason for this error.

And what about antivirus software? Some of them do try to filter 1C data.

If the problem occurs when the File mode is used after incorrect shutdown you should use the Client/Server mode.

Please describe conditions and steps to reproduce this error.
