Our boss like 1С, but we think that 1С isn't capable to work with very great volumes of the data, so it?

I think, in geographically dispersed databases. What average number of users do you have in each node (or branch)?

We have some hundreds users in each branch. SAP is good program, but very inconvenient.

Some hundreds in each branch is not a big problem, 1C can hold it. Can you also specify volumes of data in each node (average) and in the central database?

Unfortunately today not yet. But!.. To construst such ERP on 1C platform and implement it will be cheaper (and may be faster) then implement SAP.

FYI: KAMA (Russian) and Yokohama (Japanese) use 1C in Russia for tire manufacture.

1C:Enterprise 8. Manufacturing Enterprise Management as a base for solution you need.
